San Diego is home of a treasure trove of the finest warbirds from history. Warbirds are considered military aircraft used in different services since the advent of military aircraft.  Many of San Diego's resident's own Warbirds and are the stewards of these amazing aircraft.  This page will document many of these aircraft owned by San Diegan residents.

North American T-28A Trojan, based in at Montgomery Field.  This A model T-28 is modeled after the aircraft used for combat during Vietnam.

This Great Lakes Biplane can be seen flying most days at Montgomery Field.  The aircraft is a new version of the Great Lakes Biplane that flew as a civilian training aircraft in the 1930's.  Many of WWII's early experienced pilots learned on this aircraft such as this for their initial training.  This aircraft is owned by Six San Diegan's and enjoy flying such a wonderful aircraft.
